Below you will find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions pertaining to shipping and ordering.

QUESTION: How much is shipping?

ANSWER: We offer free shipping on all orders over $30! 

For all orders up to $29.99, shipping is $5.95.


QUESTION: How do I know the item I want to order is in stock?

ANSWER: Items that are in stock show a quantity next to the "Add to Cart" button. If no quantity is present, this either means the item is out of stock. With that said, if an item is out of stock, chances are we have more on the way.


QUESTION: Will I receive a tracking number?

ANSWER: If a tracking number is available, we will email it to you. Not all orders are trackable but most of them are (depends on location). All t-shirts ship with USPS and include a tracking number.


QUESTION: Are my payments secure?

ANSWER: Yes, they are 100% secure. We use Shopify payments for credit card transactions and the system meets all 6 categories of PCI standards compliance. We also accept Paypal Express Checkout which is just as secure.


QUESTION: Where do you ship to?

ANSWER: We ship anywhere in the world! For a shipping quote, please add the items you wish to order to your cart and begin the checkout process. Please note, customs, duties and tariffs are not included in the cost.


QUESTION: What currency will I be charged in?

ANSWER: All prices are in US dollars.


QUESTION: How long does shipping take?

ANSWER: Your item may take between 10-30 days to arrive to you (depending on your location). On average, all of our orders arrive to our customers within 10-15 days.


QUESTION: Will I receive an order confirmation email after I finish placing my order?

ANSWER: Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details to the email you indicated. If ever you don't receive your email, please check your spam folder and if it isn't there, contact us directly and we will look into it for you.


QUESTION: I ordered 2+ items but only received 1 item. Where is the rest of my order?

ANSWER: Since our mounts and accessories are sometimes shipped from different warehouses, you may receive your items separately. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items in one shipment. They are on their way.
